Manye Naa Tsotsoo Soyoo I, a globally recognized leader, focuses on empowering future female leaders with strategic, dynamic, and diplomatic skills.

Queen Naa holds degrees in Law, Politics & International Studies, Real Estate Management, and various post-graduate certificates in global diplomacy, conflict resolution, and human rights.

Beyond her roles as Matron of the Global Visionary Women Network and Patron of UNACWA, Queen Naa is CEO of Fortune Global Business and Founder of GLOCEF, The Ten Talents Networks, and Soyoo Foundation. She serves on the UK's African Diaspora Malaria Initiative and is the first female President of the National Congress of Ghanaian Unions.

Her Soyoo Foundation supports children's charities, abused children, and widows, while Ten Talents Networks (TENTACLES) promotes education and skills-based learning. Manye Naa was pivotal in Ghana's Diaspora Engagement Policy and helped deliver the Diaspora Homecoming Summit and Year of Return initiatives. 

Naa has collaborated with numerous organizations and been invited to prestigious institutions and platforms globally to share her expertise on culture, diversity, education, business, and current affairs. Known as "The Dynamic Queen," she is committed to positive change, believes in the younger generation's potential, and advocates for government investment in their growth.
